Abbie joined Headway in August, 2013 and has worked in human services since 2009. She has clinical experience providing therapeutic services to children and families in school, outpatient, in-home, and day treatment settings. She specializes in working with trauma, developmental repair, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and solution-focused therapy. As Coordinator, School Based Therapy, she provides leadership, training, clinical supervision, and support to her team of therapists working with children and families in a school setting. Ryan joined Headway in March, 2019 and has worked in the human services field since 2012. He has past experience working with children and families in social services settings. As a school-based therapist, he helps children and their families within a school setting by providing therapeutic services. "By working with the school community and developing community relationships to assist in strengthening social emotional learning, I break down the stigma of mental health and work toward a model of prevention," he says.

When he is not working, Ryan enjoys reading, hiking, golfing, traveling, and enjoying time with his children.

Sharhonda joined Headway in April, 2016 and has worked in the human services field since 2011.  She is currently working toward earning her Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has previous experience working mostly with as-risk adolescents who were truant, runaways, and victims of sexual trafficking.  She works in a school setting using a strength-based approach, she assists clients with setting and obtaining goals that will help them to live a more fulfilling life. Her therapeutic approach is Person-Centered, and she is competent in CBT.  "I enjoy working with diverse populations," she says.  "It gives me a chance to learn so much about different groups and cultures."

Outside of work, Sharhonda enjoys spending time with her daughters, walking her beloved pugs, dancing, cooking and traveling.

Sonchie joined Headway in April, 2019 and has worked in human services since 2012. She has past experience working in a school- and community-based team with another local agency. As a Mental Health Therapist, she provides mental health services to high school-age students and their families in a school setting. She works to build strong, healthy therapeutic alliances with her clients and their families.

When she is not working, Sonchie enjoys traveling, having visited four continents and 26 states so far. She also enjoys photography and DIY projects.

Stephanie joined Headway in August, 2016 and has worked with youth and families on a volunteer basis since 2004 and has been working professionally in human services since 2015.  She has previous experience working with children, teens, adults and families and specializes in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, and Adlerian therapy approaches.  "I am passionate about helping and encouraging others through challenging times in their lives," she says.  "I hope to provide support and insight for my clients and their families so that they can experience healing, wholeness, and freedom in their lives and in their family system."

When she is not working, Stephanie loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, enjoy the outdoors, read, draw, and acquire cool jewelry from local artists.
