“Michael had no long term horizon, didn’t care about anything, was disengaged and had no foundation to start the recovery journey… Today he is a productive senior in HS involved in extra-curricular activities and thinking about college. (Headway) gave us traction, a positive track record of real accomplishments and new beginning.”

Libby has been with Headway since September, 2018 and has worked in the human services field since 2013. She is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at the University of St. Thomas / Saint Catherine University, and has past experience as a program coordinator at other mental health organizations and has worked with adults with autism, adults with developmental disabilities, and adults with severe anxiety and depression. As an intern within our adolescent day treatment program, she works with adolescent clients and their families to help them be the best that they can be. "I help my clients find the balance between focus and fun," she says.

Outside of work, Libby enjoys camping, cats, and crafts.
