"My staff (at Sioux Trail Elementary) have been sharing about Headway's training sessions. Teachers come back from the trainings excited to try new strategies and they have new understanding regarding mental health issues. This is making a difference in their classrooms and helping them relate to students when they are struggling."

-Shannon McParland, Principal, Sioux Trail Elementary

We work with hundreds of people in the Twin Cities metro area every day, helping them overcome emotional, mental, and behavioral obstacles in their lives through treatment, intervention, and education. If you're facing challenges in your own life, such as a stressful job, an unexpected event that's blindsided you, parenting issues, divorce, a troubled relationship, a difficult child, mental health issues, etc., we can help.

Information about our extensive mental health services for children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families is listed below. If you have further questions, contact us at 763-746-2411 or fill out this form and we will contact you.
