Rondi joined Headway in September, 2014 and has worked in the human services field since 2003. She has worked primarily with children ages five to 12 in day treatment, in-home, and school settings. She has worked with Headway's Anoka-Hennepin and District 197 school-based programs for five school years before becoming Supervisor for District 197 and Vision. She loved seeing her clients grow throughout their treatment, and also enjoys guiding staff through professional and personal development with clinical and administrative supervision.

When she is not working, Rondi enjoys kayaking, spending time with family and friends, going out for breakfast at new spots, reading, and attending events in her community.

Brianna joined Headway in January, 2019 and has worked in the human services field since 2016. She has past experience working in a hospital setting. As a therapist within our Vision program, she works with young children in a classroom setting. She uses a culturally competent and trauma informed lens to help meet children where they are in order to walk them through the healing process. "I'm excited to have the opportunity to use creativity and imagination to engage my young clients," she says.

When she is not working, Brianna loves to travel, sing in choirs, paint, swim, and craft. She is currently teaching herself how to play the ukulele.

Callie joined Headway in August, 2017 and has worked in the human services field since 2013. She has previous experience working with children, adolescents, and families and also specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is excited to be working with children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade, teaching foundational coping skills and helping them with behavior management. “I enjoy the energy that young children bring with them and their curiosity,” she says.

Outside of work, Callie enjoys outdoor activities, such as running, biking, walking, and swimming. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and reading books.

Emily joined Headway in January, 2019 and has worked in the human services field since 2012. She has previous experience at an adolescent day treatment program and a mental health crisis line. She has competencies in working with adolescents, group therapy, crisis intervention, and experiential therapy. As a therapist within our Vision program, she works with children and their families in a school setting, working inside and outside the classroom to provide therapeutic intervention for students with emotional and behavioral challenges. \"I hold a space of safety for the clients with whom I work where they will be regarded as whole, complex human beings, and foster a collaborative relationship with their systems of care and support,\" she says.

When she is not working, Emily enjoys making art, reading, writing, going on road trips, gardening, being a youth advocate, and spending time with the people she loves.

Ingrid joined Headway in August, 2017 and has worked in the human services field since 2014. She has previous experience working with at-risk and EBD youth from age four to age 17, and also has worked with children in treatment foster care. She is very excited to be working at a middle school combining her passion for working with EBD youth and working at a school. “I believe that education is very important and I look forward to being able to help create a safe and welcoming environment that my clients are not only able to learn in, but also thrive in,” she says.

In her spare time, Ingrid really loves to be in social situations, whether that is having a board game night with friends or grilling out with family and friends. She also enjoys being outdoors, attending concerts, participating in trivia nights, and supporting her friends who are in the arts.

Mary joined Headway in September, 2019, and has worked in the human services field since 2014. She has experience working primarily with children aged four to 13 and their families, and has competencies in play therapy, Prepare/Enrich, and The Ultimate Journey. As a therapist within our Vision program, she works with school-aged children to assess mental health issues and help them work on anything causing them to struggle with success in school. "I work on breaking down stigma about therapists and creating an environment where students want to spend time with me," she says. "Building strong relationships with school staff, along with offering my support and empathy as a former teacher are also keys to success in my position."

When she is not working, Mary enjoys attending sports, choir, and theater events in support of her son. She has also managed Apple Valley Youth Football for the past three years. She sings and plays keyboard at two Lakeville churches, teaches piano and voice lessons plays oboe, and loves to travel to Colorado to visit her sister.

Nicole has been with Headway since September, 2018 and has worked in human services since 2016. As a Vision Skills Worker, she works with children in a classroom setting teaching them new skills to use every day teaching them how to be successful in class as well as how to be a good friend to others. She believes that collaboration and communication is very important to be successful and to strengthen communities and relationships.

Health and fitness is very important to Nicole. When she is not at work, she loves to dance and is part of an adult dance team. She is also on a bowling league.

Rachel Gifford joined Headway in February, 2019 and has worked in the human services field since 2012. She has past experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. As a skills worker within our Vision program, she enjoys being a person on whom her clients can depend while serving as a role model for them. She works with children with unique needs to help them achieve their goals and be successful across a variety of settings. "I am determined to see the best in people, and strive to be someone who is dependable and easily communicated with to provide support as needed," she says.

When she is not working, Rachel loves to run, cook, spend time with friends, and be outdoors.

She has past experience working with youth experiencing homelessness, children, families, individuals battling addiction and mental health issues, and domestic abuse survivors. As a Skills Worker within our Vision program, she works as an advocate for youth in a school setting. She strengthens the communities in which she works by advocating for her clients and providing a safe space for them. "I enjoy learning my clients' stories, and getting to know them," she says.

When she is not working, Rebecca enjoys jogging and hanging out with her daughter.

Tristann has been with Headway since March, 2018 and has worked in human services since 2012.  She has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, and is excited about building strong therapeutic relationships with students and families to support them in identifying their strengths.  She provides group and individual psychotherapy, leads skills-based groups for high school students, and works with her clients' family systems in order to assist them in being successful in school, at home, and in their future.  "I hope to provide a safe, judgment-free space to meet the unique needs of each student in order to assist them in strengthening their self-esteem and identity," she says.

In her spare time, Tristann enjoys reading, spending time outside, yoga, hiking, and spending time with family.
